Amazon shopping - Image 1Consider this a lethal combination: Apple and Amazon are teaming up for an "experimental" application, Amazon Remembers. What this does, apart from the usual feature of being able to browse through Amazon via your iPhone, is to let you take a picture of the product you see in the real world and buy them online - be it on a clothes rack in a store or worn by a total stranger.

Gabo - Image 1Remember Seaman on the Dreamcast? It was just as weird as having a fish with a man's face as a pet - but then again, that was the entire point of the game, wasn't it? Yoot Saito, the creator of that game, is bringing the same kind of simulated fun on the iPhone, this time with an ape called Gabo. More info and a gameplay video in the full article.

iPhone - Image 1The UK's Advertising Standards Authority has pulled a fast one. Literally? They pulled an iPhone TV ad because it claimed that it's 3G speed was "really fast," which they found to be misleading.
