It's such a simple idea it's a wonder it wasn't developed earlier: a camera fixed right into your diving mask. Normally, underwater pictures are taken with special cameras, with some models encased in waterproof boxes. Now before anything else, that image isn't the helmet that is the focus of the news - that's the Terminator. The actual helmet - which has been irrevocably linked with the iconic robot - is cooler (image in the full article) and will be used by Royal Air Force fighter pilots of the F-35 Joint Strike Fighter.Among the helmet's cooler features is giving the pilot the ability to see what's outside of the jet as if it were made of glass.
