Take a snapshot of life in the deep blue with SeaLife's DC800 underwater digital camera - Image 1You don't have to worry anymore about taking photos when being near a body of water, may it be beaches, lakes or what have you. All thanks to SeaLife's latest underwater digital camera, the DC 800.

This little waterproof gadget can take vivid photos when you're in the deep blue. So get those trigger happy fingers ready, because you've got an underwater photoshoot with the sea creatures. That includes Flounder and Sebastian... well, if you do manage to find them.

Before anything else, do take note that you can take this gadget down to 200 feet. Anyway, the DC800 has an 8-megapixel camera that features a wide-angle optical lens, a 4x optical zoom, and an auto focus of about two inches. Aside from just taking photos while your in the water, you can actually record videos with it.

So that you guys can get to customize and maximize the shots you take underwater, this digital camera has five distinct underwater modes which you can choose from. Some of the exposures are Oceans Blue, Oceans Green, and Rivers/Lakes. Also, the camera has two external flash modes which you guys can use to give your photos that little spark.

Furthermore, the camera has a 32 MB built-in memory and an SD/SDHC card slot so that you guys can boost the memory space with an additional 4 GB. Interested to know how much this underwater gadget costs? It's going be at around US$ 549.95.
