If you could build yourself a house that utilizes other resources for electricity and gives you a view of your entire estate, perhaps you'd want to make your house look like this.

Modular Tree House Concept

Or you could also have a house like this if you just enjoy tree houses.

UK-based Design Studio Sybarite has presented its latest concept tree house that would certainly answer your needs if you're a, well, sybarite (definition: a person addicted to luxury and pleasures of the senses). According to Sybarite (the company), this tree house accommodates undulating kinetic baffles that uses wind power to generate electricity for the entire house.

Modular sections are be pre-fabricated, giving you the option to choose whether you'd want a single-bedroom or five-bedroom version of the tree house. The parts to be used in the house are lightweight and most of them are recycled products, features that make the house part self-sustainable and low on maintenance. Sybarite also says that the house can be installed on site within two weeks.
