Security Camera - Image 1If you're a beachgoer in Martin County, then you may want to think twice before you do something that you wouldn't want to get recorded on camera. Some security officials in Martin County are currently working on some measures in order to prevent the proliferation of public sexual encounters in the beaches, and what did they come up with? Talking security cameras.

Once they sense motion, the security cameras instantly flash a bright light, then play a recorded warning that tells the possible offenders that they are being recorded. After 60 seconds, the camera will start recording.

However, some officials think that the security camera solution is too expensive - each security camera costs US$ 5,500. "The solution may be may be more expensive than the crime," said Tammy Simoneau, Executive Director of Martin County Economic Development Council.

Some others also think that it is an intrusion of privacy, and may ward off tourists. However, those who still want to take a go at it may want to get this security camera motion detector to hunt down those cameras before doing the... well, deed.
