The recently-launched PB8263 DLP projector from BenQ is now available for purchase all over Europe. The PB8263 is easy to use even in brightly-lit areas because of its high brightness (4000 ANSI lumens) and its eight preset modes that provide access to optimized settings for different applications.
The PB8263 DLP Projector also features BenQ's Unique Color Matching Technology which enables the system to provide perfect true color reproduction as it meets the sRGB standard. sRGB (Standard Red, Green and Blue) colors deliver faithful color images of the projected images because of the greater consistency across different display devices.
A T-Flow Cooling System is included in the projector. This consists of four ventilation fans that help cool the projector and help in the maintenance of a low internal temperature. This is important especially during long presentations.
Other features of the PB8263 include a 31dB noise level, 1024x768 (XGA) high resolution and a 2000:1 contrast ratio. Hooking this up to HDTV compliant devices or to progressive scan DVD players is also possible especially with its 1080i, 720p, 576i/p, 480i/p and digital television signals.
Currently, the BenQ PB8263 DLP Projector sells for 2599 Euros excluding VAT. That's pretty costly, but if you're really after this projector's features and its quality, then it should be well worth it.
